Heard Advocate Shri Galande for the applicant. He has submitted that the Forest Officer has received bribe amount from the brother of applicant. Applicant is falsely involved in the forest crime. From the perusal of say and order of Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli, it appears that applicant is involved in the theft of forest teak wood. Applicant ran away when other co-accused was apprehended by the Forest Officer. In these circumstances, the applicant is not entitled for any protection.

Application is rejected.
