Perused the order dated 10th December, 2021.

It is clear that the arrears of salary for the period from 29.09.2016 to 07.09.2018, have been paid by the Respondent No.2 to the Petitioner and we are of the opinion that this amounts to compliance with direction given by this Court in its judgment dated 16th December, 2019 delivered in Writ Petition No.3801 of 2018. As regards the other direction regarding taking of decision by Respondent No.1, we find that this direction has also been complied with.

In the result, nothing survives in this petition. The contempt proceedings are therefore dropped and
