Accepting the explanation given in the application and considering the fact of the case, the appellant is granted two weeks' time to deposit Rs.Thirty Five Thousand by demand draft.

If the demand draft for the amount of Rs.Thirty Five Thousand is deposited within two weeks, the execution of the impugned award against the appellant shall stand stayed until further orders.

If the amount is not deposited within two weeks, the interim order shall cease to operate from 9th April, 2018 and the respondents/claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The civil application is disposed accordingly. No costs.
