The petition challenges notice dated 03.01.2021 issued by the Manager, Court of Wards, Nagpur informing the petitioners that the Collector is considering an application preferred by Mr. Raghoji Ajitsingh Bhonsle and others claiming that certain names are illegally mutated in the revenue record concerning the property in question. All that is done is to inform the petitioners to appear before the Collector and participate in the proceedings. 2.

The petitioners shall appear before the Collector and place their perspective.
