This application is preferred by the non-applicants in Criminal Application (APL) 410/2019 and the prayer is that the order dated 5-3-2021 be kept in abeyance for four weeks to enable the applicants/accused to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Perusal of the order dated 5-3-2021 reveals that the order of discharge which is passed by the learned Sessions Judge on the sole ground that approval under

2 appp 474.2021 Section 17-A of the Prevention of Corruption Act was not obtained, is set aside, and the learned Sessions Judge is directed to decide the discharge application afresh since the other contentions raised were not decided. 4.

In this view of the matter, there is no propriety in keeping the order dated 5-3-2021 in abeyance. 5.

The application is dismissed.
