This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel Shri H.P.Lingayat for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri M.K.Pathan for the State.

On 21.3.2022, this Court admitted Criminal Appeal No.159/2022. On the said day, record and proceedings were called for consideration of the present application. Accordingly, Registry of this Court summoned record and proceedings and those are placed before the Court for consideration. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, and also perusing contents of the application, when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the criminal application is rejected and disposed of.

Needless to mention that since learned counsel for .....2/-
