Heard Ms. B.N. Jaipurkar, learned Counsel (appointed) for petitioner and Shri D.B. Patel, learned A.P.P. for respondents.

Perused reply. Parole has been denied to the petitioner on the ground that illness of his mother is not serious and on earlier occasion petitioner reported back late by 111 days.

Perusal of medical certificate shown to this Court by the learned A.P.P. reveals that it does not carry any date and mentions that mother of petitioner is under treatment of said Doctor from 12.01.2014.

Order 1906wp221.15 Thus, after issuance of certificate period of about 18 months has already expired.

In this situation, with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application afresh with necessary certificate as per law, we dispose of the present matter. 5.

Fees for learned Counsel appointed for petitioner is quantified at Rs. 1500/-.
