DATE : March 03, 2017 By order dated 05/03/2012 ad interim stay was granted subject to deposit of 50% of the enhanced compensation. The claimant was permitted to withdraw the said amount subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. In the application is stated that the aforesaid amount has been deposited in this Court and therefore it is prayed that said amount be transferred to the Reference Court.

Considering order dated 05/03/2012, the amount deposited by the appellant that is Rs.2,37,97,144/-(Rupees two crores thirty seven lakhs ninety seven thousand one hundred and forty four) is directed to be transferred to the Court of Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Buldhana along with accrued interest.

Civil application is disposed of.
