By this application, the respondent prays that she be granted permission to change her Advocate. The respondent has put her thumb impression on the civil application because of which there is reason to believe that she is illiterate, but she is represented by an Advocate and it is expected from the Advocate to take steps in such matters, as per Rules. The Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 provide for steps to be taken in such contingencies. With liberty to the respondent to take proper steps as per the Rules, this application is dismissed. No costs.
