Heard Shri P.N. Khadgi, Advocate for the appellant and Shri S.D. Chopde, Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

As the amount is deposited by the appellant, the interim order granted on 18th July, 2016 shall continue till the disposal of appeal. Civil application is allowed accordingly. FIRST APPEAL NO.677/2006 Appellant is granted six weeks' time to take steps for service of notice on respondent Nos.6 and 7. Out of the amount deposited by the appellant, the respondent No.1 - widow of deceased and respondent No.4 - mother of deceased be given Rs.50,000/- each,

The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in nationalized bank.

The respondents will be entitled to withdraw interest accruing on the amount deposited by the appellant, after every three months starting from 15th April, 2016. The respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5 will be entitled to withdraw 80% of the amount of interest which would accrue and the respondent No.4 will be entitled for 20% of interest which will accrue on the amount deposited by the appellant.
