DATED : 18-03-2020 Considering the nature of accusations and the age of the victim, I was inclined to reject the bail. 2.

At this Stage, Shri A.A. Dhawas, learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

However, Shri A.A. Dhawas, learned Counsel submits that the witnesses are not responding to the summons and the prosecution is not taking effective steps to ensure that the trial is expedited, with the result that the applicant is in custody since 28-11-2018 without any likelihood of an early conclusion to the trial. 4.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the grievance made, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and to complete

If there is no progress in the trial in the next six months, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach for bail.
