We find that charge-sheet is already filed. The complaint lodged by respondent no.2 Ashok Laxmanrao Helonde specifically names applicant no.1 and applicant no.2. Land is still standing in the name of father of complainant. Copy of sale-deed produced on record shows applicant nos.1 and 2 as purchasers.

In this situation, as charge-sheet is already filed, we are not inclined to interfere.

Keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to applicants to agitate the same before the learned Trial Court, in accordance with law, we dispose of the application. No costs.
