Perused the application as well as the judgment and order dated 24/7/2013 passed by this Court. From perusal for the same it appears that it was directed to the office to transfer the amount deposited with accrued interest to the Tribunal to disburse the payment of compensation proportionately to the claimants/dependents subject to conditions as the learned Tribunal may deem fit according to law.
