The petitioner is seeking direction against respondent nos. 2 and 3 to register cognizable offence against respondent nos. 4 to 7.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that crime has been registered against respondent nos. 4 and 5 but not against respondent nos. 6 and 7. In that view of the matter, since crime has been registered, the petitioner may take recourse to appropriate remedy as regards her prayer to register the crime against respondent nos. 6 and 7 as well. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
