By this Writ Petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking release of husband of petitioner on emergency parole.

Cr.WP.192.22 4.

On going through the petition and reply filed by the respondent No.3, it appears that the application for release of the husband of the petitioner on emergency parole is still pending with the respondent No.2.

Ms N. R. Tripathi, learned A.P. P. for the respondents/ State makes a statement that she has instructions that the respondent No.2 shall decide the application of the petitioner for release the husband of the petitioner within seven days from today. 6.

In view of the said statement, nothing remain survives to be adjudicated in the present petition. The present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner for release the husband of the petitioner on emergency parole, within seven days from today. 7.
