2) The only grievance raised is that though the appointment of the petitioner No.3 as a 'Peon' has been approved by the Education Officer, as well as the Deputy Director of Education which is reflected from the communication dated 05/04/2022 (page 26) and the direction has been issued to include his name in the Shalarth Pranali, same has not been done, due to which the petitioner No.3 is not receiving salary. 3) Considering the limited nature of relief which is being claimed, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos.3 and 5 to upload the name of the petitioner No.3 in the Shalarth Pranali within one week from today.
