Heard Shri B.P. Kose, advocate for the applicant and Shri N.S.Khubalkar, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant apprehends arrest in the crime registered against him along with other accused on the accusation that all the accused abducted 15 year old boy, intimidated him and assaulted him by fists and kicks. Considering the nature of the accusations and the facts on record, I am not inclined to consider the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

The application is dismissed.
