By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the provisional attachment order dated 8.12.2015 under the provisions of Section 5(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. The learned counsel for the respondents state that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Adjudicating Authority has decided the Complaint and hence the cause for filing the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the Writ Petition with no order as to costs.
