Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submitted that the appellant has already deposited the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest before the learned Commissioner/Labour Court. Moreover, by order dated 27 February 2023, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have withdrawn the amount from the learned Commissioner/Labour Court. The appeal is also admitted on the said date. 3.

Having considered the said facts and the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (ii). The application is disposed of. 4.

Learned counsel for appellant seeks ten weeks' time to file private paper book. It appears that the matter is from the year 2021. Having considered the request, eight weeks' time is granted to file a paper book. The learned counsel shall supply a copy of the paper book to the other side, and list the matter for hearing thereafter. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
