This Court, on perusal of order sheets, passed order on 5.3.2015 granting two weeks' time to remove the office objections as a last chance. On 17.2.2015, this Court had observed that, though time was granted by order 30.1.2013, the objections were not removed and granted time of two weeks as a last chance.

On 5.3.2015, this Court had observed that as applicant No.1 was wife and applicant Nos.2 and 3 were minor children and the application revolved around subject of enhancement of the maintenance, again two weeks' time was granted, as last chance to remove the office objections, failing which application be listed for .....2/-

In seems that in spite of repeated opportunities granted, the applicants are not at all interested in prosecution the application.

The criminal application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
