This application arises out of order passed by learned Judge of the Family Court at Akola in Petition No.E-4 of 2015 by which learned Judge partly allowed the application filed on behalf of the non-applicant/wife for maintenance and granted maintenance of Rs.9,000/- per month.

This Court issued notice on 9.8.2017. While issuing notice, the applicant was directed to deposit Rs.30,000/- within a period of 3 weeks from the said day before this Court. Office note shows that the applicant has not deposited the said amount.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not ready to deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/-. In that view of the matter, the applicant has flouted order passed by this Court on 9.8.2017. .....2/-

revn27.17 25 A litigant, who does not follow the order passed by this Court, is not entitled for any discretionary relief. Hence, the criminal application is rejected.
