JULY 12, 2017 The learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application in order to file the revision before the revisional Court challenging the order of issuance of process.

The statement is accepted.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file revision before the revisional Court within four weeks from today. If the revision is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, learned revisional Court to decide the said application keeping in view the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.

This Court has already granted ad interim stay in favour of the present applicant on 04.05.2017, the said shall remain in operation for six weeks. After expiry of six weeks, the stay order shall stand vacated.
