Mr. M.Anilkumar, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the Writ Petition. It is stated that the petitioners can as well challenge the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.
In view of the preliminary objection, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal.
In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs. The points raised in the Petition are, however, kept open.
