Shri Jambhulkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has filed civil proceedings for seeking compensation against the concerned persons. It is stated that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting the said matter and pointing out the fact in respect of non-filing of a complaint by the owner of the house to the Electrical Engineer. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
