Shri Wankhede, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that despite interim order dated 26.11.2019, passed by this Court directing that charge-sheet shall not be filed against the applicants without seeking leave of this Court, the charge-sheet came to be filed, necessitating amendment of the application in order to challenge the charge-sheet as well.

For the reasons stated in the application, the criminal application is allowed. Accordingly, amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
