DATE : 08.12.2016 By these contempt petitions, the petitioners have sought action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the directions in the order, dated 9.7.2015.

It is stated that though a statement was made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the case of the

petitioners would be considered and a decision would be rendered within four months, the same was not done till the contempt petitions were filed.

Shri Balpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents states that there is some delay in taking the decision but the same is not deliberate and intentional. Since the order of which contempt is alleged stands complied with, we dispose of the contempt petitions with no order as to costs.
