This is an application seeking restoration of writ petition, which stood dismissed with costs on 09.03.2022, for the reason that none could appear on behalf of the petitioner.

In the application, reasons have been purforth on behalf of the petitioner why the writ petition could not be attended to on the said date of hearing. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the costs of Rs.5,000/- imposed while dismissing the writ petition have been deposited and proof of the same is placed on record.
