27th February, 2018 By this application, it is prayed that the bailable warrant issued for securing the presence of the respondent be cancelled. In the application, it is stated that the respondent is not residing at the address shown in the cause title and that she is working at Mumbai. After receiving a message on her cell phone, the respondent got knowledge about present proceedings and hence the application has been moved.

Considering contents of the application and as the respondent is present in Court along with her learned counsel, the bailable warrant issued against her is recalled and cancelled.

Civil Application is disposed of.
