According to him, he has made a detailed representation/s to the authorities requesting for recording of name. The petitioner further contends that the said applications/representations are not decided. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent authorities to decide the representations dated 26/8/2024, 30/08/2024 and 5/9/2024 within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to mention that, the authorities shall take into consideration the judgment of this Court passed in Writ Petition No. 2300/2003, dated 9/8/2004. 5.
