DATE : 12/06/2023 1] Since there is an alternate remedy of raising a challenge against the impugned order before the Collector under the provisions of the MLR Code and no special circumstances have been pointed out, as rightly contended by the learned AGP appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, I do not see any reason to entertain this petition. The petitioner is therefore relegated to the remedy available to the petitioner before the Collector under the provisions of the MLR Code.
