Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to her, her application is pending before the authorities which pertains to restoration of land but the same has not been decided till date. She has brought our attention to the application which is at page 19. 3.

Considering the fact that the application dated 13.04.2023, which is at page 19, has not been decided till date, it is directed to the respondent No.2 the same be decided within eight weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of this order to the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
