DATED : 13 MARCH, 2015 Shri Pankaj Navlani, learned Counsel for the applicant is present, however, nobody appears on behalf of the non-applicants.

It is seen from the report of learned Mediator that the applicant and the non-applicants have reached an amicable settlement between themselves. The terms of the amicable settlement are annexed to the mediation report and they shall be treated as forming part of the final order being passed now. In terms of the amicable settlement, the nonapplicants have withdrawn execution proceeding bearing No.ER-307 of 2013, which was pending before the Judge, Family Court, Nagpur. As a reciprocal term, now, learned Counsel for the applicant further submits, the applicant is also seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present application.

Permission as prayed for is granted.

Criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the amicable settlement reached between the parties, the terms of which are taken on record and marked document 'X', for identification.
