Sirpurkar, Advocate for the appellant states that the order passed by this Court on 13th April, 2018 regarding deposit of the amount of award is complied with and the entire amount as per the impugned award is deposited before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Warora on 15th July, 2018 vide receipt No.C-68. Accepting the above statement, office objection is waived.

C.A.F. NO.1287/2015 Accepting the submission made on behalf of the appellant that the entire amount as per the impugned award is deposited, the interim order granted on 13th April, 2018 to continue until further orders. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. The claimants will be at liberty to request for withdrawal of the amount, if so advised.
