18.03.2024 This is an application filed by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of balance 50% amount of the total amount deposited by the appellant/acquiring body. 2.

In view of the facts stated in the application, respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw balance 40% amount of the total amount of compensation deposited by the appellant on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that in case the appeal is decided against the respondent No.1 then respondent No.1 will deposit the amount with interest, as directed by this Court.
