Heard Advocate Shri Dhenge for the applicant. The main accused forged the document and on the basis of forged document obtained loan of Rs.5,50,000/- from Shreeram Finance Company. After the disbursement of the amount, the company came to know that all the documents were false and fabricated. Present applicant took the guarantee of main accused. The applicant is well aware while taking the guarantee of main accused about the document etc. Hence, he is not entitled for any protection. Application is rejected.
