The learned Additional Government Pleader makes a statement that the caste claim of the petitioner is already finally heard by the respondent No.1-Committee and final decision is likely to be taken in next two months.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed. 5.

Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.

Till the caste claim is finally decided, the service of the petitioner shall stand protected.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
