We find that petitioners have received amount of compensation of Rs. 89,32,640/- as per communication dated 17.11.2014 at Annexure-V with the petition.

If petitioners are not satisfied with the same, they have other remedy for redressal of their grievance. Hence, with liberty to take recourse to such other remedy, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
