This petition takes exception to the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by the Family Court, Nagpur below Exhibit-68 in Petition A-1228/2017.

The petitioner herein (husband) has filed the petition for divorce against the respondent herein (wife). 3.

By the order impugned the learned Family Court has rejected the review application, filed by the petitioner. 4.

The review was sought of the order dated 11.07.2023 passed below Exhibit-67, by which the learned Family Court granted opportunity to the respondent to cross-examine the petitioner and his witness. 5.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

wp1420.24.O.odt by order dated 06.08.2022 the very same prayer was rejected. It is submitted that the orders impugned therefore, can not be allowed to stand.

Admittedly, the petition for divorce is on the ground of adultery. I am, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition is dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Family Court shall endeavour to decide the petition, as early as possible. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) NSN
