By this criminal writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to complete the investigation and file charge-sheet in Crime No.291 of 2016.
We are not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner in the instant writ petition. In stead of availing the alternate remedy under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure or for that matter any other remedy that may be available to the petitioner, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. In the circumstances of the case, we dismiss the criminal writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
