In this appeal, notice was issued on substantial question of law, framed by this Court on 24.02.2021. 2.

During the pendency of this appeal, a Pursis dated 22.02.2022 has been filed, which bears signatures of the appellants as well as the sole-respondent, stating that the parties have arrived at a settlement and that the appellants desire to withdraw the appeal. Copy of the Compromise Deed dated 23.12.2021 is placed on the record along with the Pursis. Although, the Pursis appears to be signed by all the appellants and the sole-respondent, the Compromise Deed is signed only by appellant no. 1 and the sole respondent. 3.

Mr. Jagtap, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submits that, he does not have specific instructions as regards the Pursis and the Compromise Deed, which appear to have been placed on the record by another Counsel i.e. Mr. Pramod Agrawal.

Be that as it may, it appears that the parties have settled their inter se dispute and that the appellants wish to

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
