Heard Shri N. A. Gaikwad, Advocate for petitioner, Shri D. M. Kale, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2, Shri H. A. Deshpande, Advocate for respondent No.4 and Smt. R. D. Raskar, Advocate for respondent No.5. Perused Court order dated 06/01/2015. Learned AGP, upon instructions, states that that order has been complied with. Advocate Gaikwad tendered a pursis which shows its compliance. It is taken on record at Exhibit-X. Advocate Gaikwad submits that entitlement of petitioner for the period from 01/05/2013 till the date needs to be looked into. Learned AGP is disputing this. Shri Deshpande, Advocate appearing for respondent No.4 states that nobody else has been paid during said period.

We are not inclined to decide any disputed question at this stage. We grant liberty to the petitioner to make proper representation to respondent No.2 for said purpose within a period of three weeks from today. If such representation is received, respondent No.2 shall decide it

49-WP-1503-14 2/2 independently on its merits and after hearing all concerned within six weeks. The amount found payable shall be released to the petitioner. With liberty to the petitioner to challenge the outcome of that exercise if he is aggrieved thereafter, we dispose of the petition with no order as to costs.
