DATE : February 26, 2021 I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and I have also perused the grounds raised in the review application. It is found that the grounds on which review is sought were not urged when the writ petition was decided. Moreover the observations in the last paragraph of the order passed in the writ petition protect the rights of both the parties. I therefore do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. The applications stand rejected.
