In view of order dated 21.2.2012 passed by this court in Civil Application No.49/2012 in Writ Petition No.2067/2010 and considering the further development that civil suit filed regarding the same subject matter has been decided and appeal is pending before District Court, this court is not inclined to entertain the applications at this stage. Both the civil applications stand disposed of with liberty to the parties to move for withdrawal of the amount at an appropriate stage. No costs. JUDGE Gulande
