Heard the learned counsel for the rival parties.

The learned APP states that the chargesheet has been filed recently.

Looking to the first information report [FIR], there is no name of the present applicant mentioned in the FIR and further fact is that there appears to be quarrel and in that quarrel one of the accused person removed the ring and not by the present applicant. In view of above, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (ABA) No.127 of 2015 is allowed.

B] Rule is made absolute in terms of interim order passed by this Court on 17-03-2015.
