IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR.

CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 191/2017 Hemant Pradhuman Paradhi ..vs.. State of Maharashtra thr. PSO Hingna, Dist. Nagpur _______________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoramda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's orders.

and Registrar's Orders.

Mr. L. Hussain, Advocate for petitioner.

Mr. R. S. Nayak, A.P.P. for respondent-State. CORAM : V.M. DESHPANDE, J.

DATED :

JUNE 9, 2017 The learned A.P.P. takes an objection that the petitioner is approaching directly to this court bypassing the remedy of filing revision which is available to him. When an expeditious remedy is available to the petitioner, it is expected from the litigant to avail of such a remedy.

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file revision before the revisional court. If there occurs a delay in filing the revision and if an application for condonation of delay is moved by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the learned revisional court shall consider the said application for condonation of delay sympathetically.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
