It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondents is settled amicably in view of the terms of compromise and accordingly both the petitions could be disposed of.

On perusal of the consent terms filed on record, it is clear that the parties settled their dispute amicably.
