This application has been filed for an early hearing, contending that the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are facing starvation and that, therefore, the matter should be fixed for a final hearing. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to grant an early hearing of the matter. 4.

Hence, the civil application is allowed. The matter be fixed for a final hearing in the week commencing on 17/02/2025.
