O R D E R

(Passed on 11th December, 2021) The matter is amicable settled. The parties have filed the terms of compromise i.e. Form 'N'. The terms of compromise are verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have admitted that they have accepted the terms of the terms of compromise. The award be drawn in terms of compromise. As per the terms of compromise the respondent No.2 Insurance company shall pay amount of Rs.18,00,000/- to the appellants/claimants within a period of 60 days from the date of the award. Failing which, an interest @ of 7.5 % p.a. be payable by the Insurance Company to the appellants/claimants.

The appellant No. 2- Ku. Sahili D/o. Pravin Parlewar is not physically present. However, the panel members have interacted with the said appellant via video call on Phone No. 9763913843 and she has consented to the recording of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The first appeal accordingly stands disposed of. The Court fee, as per rules, be refunded to the appellant-Insurance Company. The civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
