The claimant is permitted to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court upon furnishing a solvent security for withdrawal of twenty-five per cent amount, and a usual undertaking for withdrawal of balance twenty-five per cent amount, both to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.
