DATE : March 03, 2017 Perused the order dated 29/04/2016. In the application it is stated that the applicant has arranged for the solvent security for an amount of Rs.1 lakh. However the same is not sufficient for withdrawing 50% amount deposited by the appellant. It is stated that the claimant is in a position to furnish solvent surety for the remaining amount. In terms of order dated 29/04/2016 the claimant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1 lakh on submitting his solvent security and the remaining amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
